I thought I would publish this deck that I have had a lot of success with lately. This deck is designed to make ice obsolete and fully take advantage of Bad Publicity (BP). I think there is a lot of promise in this style of deck because most corps do not take the time or effort to remove bad publicity.
How to play
Don't make a non-blackmail run if you can, we don't want any rezzed ice...
You want to get a Wyldside in play quickly as it is the momentum that this deck needs to recurse Blackmail (Also helps against Jinteki attrition). You also need to give the Corp bad publicity. If the Corp is kind enough to do it for you via GRNDL or Hostile Takeover this deck will take off quickly, otherwise you will need at least Activist Support and New Angeles City Hall. Prevent the tags of Activist Support with New Angeles City Hall then eventually sell Activist Support to Aesop's Pawnshop.
Use the Infiltration and Raymond Flint (Which is great if you put him out before giving the corp BP, a free HQ card access) to expose remote assets before spending a precious Blackmail.
The key here is to be patient and use your blackmail runs wisely. Putting a Grimoire and then subsequently a Nerve Agent or a Medium will allow you to make the most of your runs.
Deck Building Decisions
Really it's all about Blackmail and making the right runs at the right time (you get an advantage by exposing). There are a couple breakers in here with Stimhack in the just in case of Oversight AI, etc.
Caveats
I don't think this deck is perfect in all cases, but if the Corp can't remove BP and doesn't have auto-rezzing ice, ice won't even be a factor in the game at all. Please let me know what you think!

I think this deck would benefit from a very under rated card: Running interference. Against big ice Glacier decks it acts much the same as Blackmail. |

You've got a few ways to get bad publicity, but also you're very susceptible to a Scorched kill without Plascrete, since you'll get getting bad pub and tags with Tallie and Activist Support. Also, I'd try and find room for a single Corroder because Wraparound is a thing. |

After some research done by a buddy, this deck looks a Whizzard: Master Gamer version of the Chaos Theory: Wünderkind build that I believe |

Before you tagged me I did see this but didn't take a good long look, it did make me go back and look at a deck I made right when blackmail came out and have since revised a little called Anach Resource Denial. Unwittingly I was making anatomy of anarchy, without the siphons...and with Blackmail! Will post at the end. I feel like you might be inconsistent in finding what you want when you need it, Breakers are your key to access, and I don't know if wyldside will find it for you when you need it. I ended up cutting Tallie pretty damn fast when I made my build, just couldn't get enough use out of her. I think its a rough slot for you, when it could just be breakers or parasites (though I cut all viruses in my last iteration). Takes me to my next point, parasites can be great for when you had to run early, or had to run without blackmail in order to clear the board. If I reopen my build on this, I'd like to include sucker and parasite and make it more interactive. I started an Anatomy of Anarchy style build using blackmail as a helper rather than a basis for the strategy and it feels pretty good. The thing about most blackmail decks other than "The Chaos Theory" one that is popular is that IMO they should use blackmail as a secondary attack. It should be something to bolster your attack, rather than exclusively lock it out. That way you can play normal netrunner, which is going to be more consistent....which was a problem with my True Blue Control deck. If my version is 'correct' you have a lot correct. I think you'll find the same cuts that I did, and the same wants and needs that I did when you play it more. Here is my list after about 10 games of playing with it, before I took a break to go hardcore into Gabe Knight and left it for casual play: Connection denial Reina - blackmail?Reina Roja: Freedom Fighter (Mala Tempora) Event (15)
Hardware (7)
Resource (14)
Icebreaker (6)Program (3)
15 influence spent (max 15) Deck built on NetrunnerDB. Concept is to money up while being semi aggressive, and then hit a big vamp, leaving you tagged, hopefully after having played out lots of resources (fall guy in particular). Then after vamping click 1, set up 1-2 activist supports behind fall guys, and also DLRs. This puts a crapload of work in front of the corp, very rapidly changing their plans. Josh B early can get you 5 clicks worth of opus, as long as you know they don't have CA. Which brings me to Opus, it is the best closed accounts protection, where relying on siphon and floating tags, CA can cripple you, with opus....meh! The weakness here is the single access on HQ and just 2 access on R&D if you can find RDI in time. I had mediums and nerves, but it combated with overmind. I should probably go back to crypsis, and re-include those, but the deep red MU + overmind was too sweet to not try. Feel free to pick and choose what you like from my build and mix it with yours and test it out, and let me know. This is definitely a build I'd like to see develop for Anarch. Regarding mine I think is more tag-me and interactive than most blackmail builds will want to be. Previous iterations ran 3 opus, but I figured I had influence to spare with my base build, so I might as well allow for tutoring of knight and overmind on the extra copies, and of course the multiaccess viruses, which I think should probably be in the deck. |

Why do you play Whizzard? A variant of that deck is well-known, that uses Chaos Theory for a smaller deck and draw events. What is the advantage of using Whizzard?
