Updated 01/01/16:
Reworked this to support NAPD Most Wanted. I think losing two Clone Chips would be too much of a hit, so I've had to go to only Two Aesop. I entirely suggest taking a Mulligan for one as it's so critical, and if you don't get it, be prepared to dig. I'll probably look into swapping out the Daily Casts for something else, as they're almost kind of irrelevant at this point.
Lamprey was introduced to counteract the loss of Clone Chip/Parasite R&D Mills, and is the cheapest thing you can sell to the Grasshopper. Symmetrical Visage gets in to ease the drawing process whilst hunting for the various parts of the draw engine.
Original Deck Notes:
Originally this was built purely because I'd looked at the various decks that used Paige Piper in Noise, and I couldn't work out why - What exactly was Paige for? There weren't many cards you wanted to eat with her, especially as you also had Faust, and she took up three card slots herself.
So, I fiddled with the formula, moved a few things about, and found I had a Noise deck that I really enjoyed. Yes, it doesn't do anything particularly clever; You won't find some super secret Tech here - What you'll get is good, reliable draw; On-demand items through Street Peddler, and consistent pressure from the Noise Mill through the various Viruses but still being able to make sharp, effective Runs when you need to.
Finally, the one piece of advice I'd give if you haven't played the Noise Faust archtype yet; Don't be afraid to treat everything as disposable. Unless it's going to actually kill you, don't be too scared to take the occasional hit to the face.
If you wanted to be 'safe' in your running, you'd be playing one of those Shaper losers, right?

A bunch of people beat me to it! :)
I've played a dozen games or so on Jinteki, and I think this is still a pretty solid deck, with options depending on the matchup. I'm actually pleasantly surprised by the Lamprey additions, because I added them really as Virus/Aesop's Fodder, but they've been remarkably handy for pressuring Corps who spend too much money and then keeping them poor. |

Hi Click 1 - Gain 1cr Click 2 - Draw IHW Click 3 - Play IHW I've actually changed it anyway, and I'm trying out And I think it's much stronger. Technical Writer is great at 0 because you're installing so much, and once you have the engine up & running, they're good Faust food anyway. |

My list is currently as yours, but -1 Faust, -1 Plascrete Carapace, -1 Medium, -1 D4v1d, -3 Technical Writer +3 I've Had Worse, +1 Djinn, +3 Daily Casts |
Even with the NAPD Most Wanted List you can still play the full three Aesop's Pawnshop. The two Clone Chip reduce the influence down to 13 - which means you have the extra two influence to squeeze in the last Aesop's for better deck stability!
