The idea behind this deck is to use Jesminder Sareen: Girl Behind the Curtain to make Code Siphon to get Multithreader, Study Guide and if there are multiple R&D ICE Alpha out without having to remove the tag. From there, Parasite and Escher help to create R&D Lock which is the win condition.

Note: Tinkering is a personal favorite, and it should help to shore up the crappy Pipeline.
