This is a Chaos Theory "big rig" deck that tries to leverage both Test Run / Scavenge and now London Library / Scavenge to pull out your hugely expensive breakers (and Magnum Opus while you're at it).
Retrieval Run is there to let you use LL with impunity since a trashed breaker can often be brought back super cheap. If that fails, you'll need to Levy to get another crack at it.
Dinosaurus / Femme Fatale is always a nice matchup, but you may want to put Battering Ram on instead in certain matchups.
Realistically, you should mulligan for an Opus like crazy. Hacktivist Meeting is in just for fun (and because I think it really pisses in RP's cornflakes.

Hacktivist Meeting is fun but I'd be sorely tempted to ditch that and Femme Fatale for a Garrote and a Tyson Observatory or another Self-modifying Code or something.
