Imp Parasite Exile

This is my Exile deck I play in meatspace at my LGS. Keeping that in mind, before you look too deeply, consider:

-I only own one core set

-I don't have a complete collection (missing some big cards like Test Run and Astrolabe)

Those caveats out of the way, let's get into the deck.

I really wanted to play Exile with my limited collection, so I tried to concoct a decent deck idea from what I had. this is the result, going deep into red influence and trying stuff with red cards, especially viruses.

Card notes:

Breaker Suite:

Battering Ram was my choice for a fracter due to not owning Cerberus "Lady" H1, and influence being too tight for Corroder to be MWL legal and it was hard to find good in-faction fracters. I tried to play with MU options to make Battering Ram work a bit better. (No Magnum Opus to hog memory, run more MU in my hardware, see below)

I only run my two copies of Cyber-Cypher for decoders, because I didn't have the deck slots to justify another decoder to get around Cyber-Cypher "can only run on declared server" blind spot, hoping that I can jsut get around it by recurring themto "relocate" them when needed.

for killers, Mimic is my cheaper early game option, while Femme Fatale helps me with stuff out of Mimic range.

Programs:

Imp can potentially be a beast in Exile. Exile tends to be quite poor, (at least for me since I don't own Cache) and with Imp, this lets you trash things more often, and the ability to trash the untrashable is a huge threat, and being able to easily trash it and recur it puts the Corp on the spot if they choose to purge.

a one-of of the MWL restricted Parasite always gives you a good target for heap recursion. However, since this deck it too tight on influence to pair it with Datasucker it's more used to reduce how much it costs to get through ice rather than nuking ice down.

Resources:

1 Aesop's Pawnshop due to only having one core set. however, you'll want to dig for this is it lets you trash stuff that you'll be recurring for a profit.

the resource econ engine of Daily Casts Professional Contacts and Technical Writer. Professional Contacts is run as a stand-in for Magnum Opus and the draw it provides helping me find the things I need while slowly building up econ, which is important in a deck like this with cards I'm limited on due to only having one core set. Technical Writer can also make a bit of extra money when I need it if I can get it out there early before I play a bunch of stuff.

Hardware:

Grimoire is my console of choice since, well, I don't own Astrolabe and The Toolbox and Monolith are unbelievably terrible. Grimoire is particularly good because givien the issues with my MU, the +2 MU I feel is needed, and it makes Parasite and especially Imp that much better.

Akamatsu Mem Chip is here to help with MU until I see my Grimoire, it's also something I can just throw up to charge my Technical Writer.

Events:

I only run 1 Diesel because I'm running Professional Contacts, since they have anti-synergy.

Levy AR Lab Access for getting a deck refresh when I'm running low on econ or other important cards.

Retrieval Run is my answer to not owning Test Run. However, I only have the influence for 1 so I NEED 3 Same Old Thing

Can only do one-ofs of Indexing and The Maker's Eye because I feel like I'd just not have enough without Dirty Laundry

Hopefully it's okay!
