Spooky "Key-ter"

FilthyMcNasty 4

So another test deck I've been thinking about playing around with. A note from my last deck; I'm not the best player and this isn't my play-style (Normally a Noise player).

I've liked the idea of Eater-Keyhole, but I wanted to play it in a faction that has fetches. Iain is a strong choice for this strategy since you are focusing on throwing agendas away rather than scoring them. Making the corp force out Jacksons or ice on archives can slow them down after an early agenda. The inclusion of the remaining influence on Maker's Eyes is to catch the corp off-guard after they've spent some turns protecting the archives you've put agendas in to.

Since a good chunk of the deck is Events, adding 3 SOT and 2 PADs will help with recurrence and affording them. Logos is for finding that card you need if the Corp is scoring little agendas. Dysons added to give you some more link and memory to have your full suite of stuff. Wanted to use Earthrise as the draw mechanic for some clickless econ, as well as some Gorman to punish the corp. (Note: On the fence about actually using Gorman... Maybe Bank Job instead?)

Really curious on what the community has to say. Please give some feedback!

A Keyhole/Iain Stirling: Retired Spook/central smash deck is never going to be worse off for having a Hades Shard in it. Allows you to hang back and benefit from Iain's ability, and not get screwed by Jackson Howard.

I'd get a third Logos in, personally. My feeling is if you miss that first scored agenda, it loses its potency considerably. Would increase your chance of finding that Plascrete Carapace if you suspect it becomes necessary too.

What's the thinking behind Crescentus? Use Eater with it to derez ICE then run in and steal when the corp can't rez? Seems rather situational.

Thanks for the advice, @StarryVeck. I haven't republished the new deck but I changed a few things. Both The Maker's Eye's are out as well as the Crescentus's. I added in the 3rd Logos, a Hades Shard, and 3 Datasuckers. Not sure if the Datasuckers are right, though.

@FilthyMcNasty I'd say Datasucker isn't right in this deck. All your breakers are pumpable, you have no Parasites, so I'm not sure what Datasucker would do in this deck. I think you'd be better with extra copies of your breakers, especially as you've no program recursion...

@StarryVeck The idea is to use Datasucker with the centrals because they have some problem ice that makes the central breakers more expensive. But the deck has some changes! Take a look @ netrunnerdb.com
