Deck is inconsistent with the length of setup time required to get rolling. Recent changes were to drop the Kati's and Gambits for Liberateds and Daily Casts for faster money, as this proved to be an issue.

Surfer is one of my favourite cards - I love the mechanic of it, and its a rare enough include to catch people off guard... expect for those in my meta who know my weakness for it. :-)
