Clairvoyant Monitor is just bad. It's too cheap to break and it costs 4 to rez. Even if the sub fires, you might end up having nothing to advance with it, making this just an overpriced Snowflake. If you want to keep it, adding some Ice Walls could help you make the most of the sub when it fires. Mamba is decent for taxing the runner as they usually want to break it, but if you aren't planning to flatline it's not that threatening, and if they really want the access they are going to just run through it. That said, a couple of counters can make running into a Mushin'd Project Junebug a really risky proposal. But 3 is overkill, keep 1 or 2. This is a general problem with Nisei - most of the Psi ICE sucks. Because of this the ID ability just does't provide a whole lot of econ compared to other factions' econ IDs. It does make Caprice Nisei and Marcus Batty a bit lighter to use. What's your use for The Twins? I would see them replaced by 2x Batty for a similar effect. Speaking of Batty, perhaps you should have some ICE with more bite, e.g. program destruction or some more serious damage. Overall, it's hard to give specific feedback without knowing your game plan, so most of the suggestions will be to ditch questionable cards, and add more money. |
First of all, I really like the idea of RSVP in Nisei Division: The Next Generation, since it will help you to win the psi-games. Given RSVP's cost-strength ratio, one or two Chum could do a good job - probably a better one than Inazuma. But I think that this deck has issues with economy, since you only have Shell Corporation, Hedge Fund and the ID's ability. Three copies of Celebrity Gift are more ore less mandatory in this deck. On the other hand, you have too much ice. Bullfrog is bullshit, even in Nisei. Your ice seems also a bit porous, so some more barriers would work well - you could spend the remaining influence for three Eli 1.0. Philotic Entanglement does not seem the best idea here, because your agenda density is low and you are unlikely to flatline the runner, so you should go for a third Nisei MK II. I hope that helps.
