I understand that this kind of thing is called a Mill. Lots of viruses, whose purposes is to be installed, sold, re-installed and sold again while throwing everything the corp has into the archives.

Question: I suppose/assume/guess that Noise decks have been designed without any need to run at all? Sounds terribly negative, but does anyone have examples of these?

Consider it this way: imagine you managed to trash half of Corp's deck. Why bother in trashing the remaining half when you can run to archives and grab half of Corp's aggendas?

Surely Jackshon Howard will make this difficult....but it is not allmighty. Clearly, this will happen only 3 times. Moreover, you can pressure Corp into popping him before installing a lot of viruses.
