This deck is really about mind games. Powerful Ice is included to protect R&D, but really most of it is meant to be face-down to intimidate your enemies while you score agendas. Most agendas are meant to be played down with enough advancements to be scored, so they initiate useless runs. Tagging is also very important, and tracers play a big role.
