Taxing NAS 3.0

The principal idea of this deck is to no let the runner steal an agenda without he pay for that. He has normally to pay between 2 and 11 credits to steal one of them (if utopia fragment isn't scored). I win about 75% of my games during 3 local tournaments (La Réunion island in Indian Ocean) where I bring this one with small variations (scorched earth, turnpike, resistor). Film critic is a problem (but not very present here) also snatch and grab is a good add-on. Valeria is a problem too because of blackmail and the bad pub that makes the NAPD contract 5/2. If this is awaited, maybe finding room for midseason and psychographics is a good idea.

Special offer are 3 additive hedge fund. If you see them only as econ cards with the psychologic influence of an ice, it's just better than hedge fund. Taht's why there are 19 ice in this deck, in reality there are only 16...

Sealed Vault against account siphon that is over represented there.... and no crisium grid because they loose a click to check what is it....

I publish it now because I won't play this one anymore and I think it has a good base idea that can be improve by other players. I was trying to include mumbad cards in this, I did it, but now it change totally. I think I can travel to French National this year and maybe with the new version.
