Hoshiko Chisel Charm (2nd @ OttGat Startup Circuit Opener)

2-2 in Summer '22 Startup Circuit Opener.
1 loss to asset spam NEH, another to Built to IAA.

For the asset spam matchup, be careful to not run the deck too low on credits trying to trash everything. It can be hard to bounce back up to enough credits to play a Liberated Account.

For the IAA matchup, try to get keyhole going and poke at HQ until you have to run the remotes (aka they score 6 points). Then use Light the Fire! to blow up anything that would kill you. If you haven't won by then, just guess right lol.

Pretty standard Chisel + Devil Charm list. Some card choices:

Ice Carver - Combos with Chisel, meaning you can destroy 1 STR ice such as Gold Farmer and Afshar without needing to burn a charm. Also supports our STR 3 breakers really well.

Stargate - With 3 Self-modifying Code, it's great to be able to pull this RnD threat whenever you need it.

Gachapon - I went back and forth on this, but eventually settled on liking it since it's a discounted install, that thins your deck, and that can be used to trigger Keiko on the corp's turn via Paladin Poemu.
