TMI is strong and if you install and rez during a run your opponent has to decide to burn money on the trace or let it rez. A variety of Bioroid ice to punish the runner, porous ICE on R&D (Ichi, sherlock) and EtR ICE on HQ and archives. Low cost of ICE and amazon makes E shutdown less painful. Minelayer also makes acct syphon weaker since you can install and rez during the run and lower your money. You're poor but hopefully the runner still is too.
