I knew going in to Nats that I was locked in on a shaper runner (how could I not be when the faction is finally good again?), and so this meant that I needed a corp that wouldn't involve (a) too much thinking, and (b) too much shuffling, which discounted Ob for me.

Thankfully, mendax went and posted this lovely list on NRDB after winning Singapore Nats with it, and as an asset fanboy, I knew we were a match immediately. I didn't really do it justice, by contriving to lose most of my matches with it, but I did get to install a lot of cards, which is ultimately enough to make me happy.

Bladderwort is a weird card to try and evaluate, as you never feel like it's doing much even when it's pinging cards out of the runner's hand, but it did at least annoy one apoc player, so that was something. ARES is the absolute key card though, I don't think I would have won any games without it.

UK Nats was great, and I met so many lovely people whilst hanging around on the bottom tables. See you all at the next big event soon!
