This is a deck utilizing the new and untested power of the TD cards, primarily Black Level Clearance.

Game plan? Just try and adapt to the runners rig and either lock them out using defensive upgrades and pricy ICE that you can afford because you are CI or counter their every move until they have no more options. I originally built this deck as a joke but quickly realized that it can win games. I am still testing on J-Net but so far the results are quite impressive, winning 6out of 8 games.

ICE: I tried to go with big, chunky Ice with lots of teeth. IQ is good early game when you have a high credit pool and low HQ and Ashigaru just wrecks mid to late game. Chiyashi is something no one expects and has even gotten me a flatline once. Then you have the standard, brain destroying HB Ice like Janus and Fairchild. If you just put these over a remote that usually turns them off unless you are playing a dick and they are running Sifr :).

Because of the Ice suite and assets, this deck gives you a pretty efficient toolbox for countering the runner and their pesky little tricks. 54 cards? slows you down a little bit but in the end doesn't really matter because you are playing CI.

Assets: force trashes with Clone Suffrage Movement while making them lose clicks with Ronald and take Brain Damage with Black Level. Estelle Moon is MVP and just helps you accelerate your options.

Agendas: use Efficiency Committee to accelerate your pace (installing cards), Voting Machine Initiative to limit the runner and slow them down and Sensor net activation to do whatever, just needed a 1 pointer.
