LSK 4686

So this is a fun deck. It takes the Insight / Top Hat combo that people have been playing it in Chaos Theory and puts it into a sturdier shell. You can win running just twice.

The most important play this deck has access to is combining Clan Vengeance and Insight to trash an agenda from the corp's hand immediately after they draw it.

Also keep in mind that you can use Top Hat as R&D multiaccess against decks that haven't iced R&D.

I don't think this is as good as the more traditional Clan Vengeance decks that use Indexing. But you can get a lot of scumbag wins other decks can't get, and you can create lockout situations that just feel so demoralizing, and for those, I love this deck.
