Evolution of "Simple Tools". Still back to basics anarch.

In testing, Kim's ability was underwhelming. I've played a lot of horizontal decks, so swapped him for Whizzard. PPVP had to go as glaciers were becoming more prominent and I needed sustainable econ. So it was replaced with Kati. I also cut Day Job because of the anti-synergy with Kati.

With prepaid gone, quality time didn't seem as useful, so cut it for express delivery. It's proved underwhelming so far though, so I might swap back.

Deck is basically just money, draw and breakers. Trying to find a way to squeeze in more anarch tricks atm. D4vid or Wanton destruction could be nice...
