After some testing with my previous deck, Beach Party Before Exam, I realized trying to leverage both Hayley's and Comet's abilities in one deck made the deck somewhat inconsistent.
So here is my new version of the deck that only leverage Comet's ability. I change the ID to CT to help with the inconsistency.
