SlySquids Bad Pub Control v1.0

SlySquid 4751

This is a deck im excited to make when O&C comes out, also it runs the ID that makes the corp start with a bad pub, not EKim...

Its going to provoke a lot of virus purging, and pressure the HQ at all times...

Its loosely based off of the Iain Stirling: Retired Spook deck that went something like 25/0 in a FFG company tournament...

This is an awesome deck that's so different to what we've been seeing in the current meta. It's very much a "meat space" deck, and I love seeing the game shift in this direction. And really, the econ engine here is brilliant. The most expensive card you run is 5c, and with the bad pub stacking as high as it will (plus Blackmail) you'll never really need to amass that much money to just heckle the corp to death.

I downloaded this now to save for the future though, just in case the real-life corp wins.

Thanks @BTrain, ya I really like the concept, I really just can't wait to try it out...

I'm really excited for all the cards in the next big box, I love control decks and can't wait to see what else they do...

I like the idea... think id want a console, personally i like the look of E-box in the next pack. But i think spinal modem and desperado are probably the best value consoles atm.

I like frame job as Shi kyu counter. Am not sure you'll get much use out of Hemorrhage since your gonna have a hard time getting through without a blackmail run

@PinkwarriorI'm not sure you'd need a console here, but I do agree that there might be some way to make your life a bit easier. Maybe -2 Hemorrhage / +2 Armitage Codebusting? While this deck relies on pure control, I feel like even just the econ burst from 2 Armitages could allow you to ramp up the pressure on your terms.

@BTrain/@Pinkwarrior the Hemorrhage is to snipe what little cards they have in their hand because of Itinerant Protesters... and because of that pressure to play cards i feel like they will more often than not be playing cards unprotected, and with the popularity of Near-Earth Hub: Broadcast Centeri want to burn the cards out of the hand before they can fast advance, its all adds up to not really breaking any ice in the long run... this is all theory crafting anywho so who knows, i think ill proxy it up for nest weekend
