HexNet 13

Getting friends into Netrunner and they're skipping System Update and waiting for Elevation. So we're essentially playing a modified Startup:

  • System Update 2021 - rotated.
  • Creative Commission & Pharos - unbanned.
  • Weyland: Built to Last - banned.

My goal in deck building is to make fun and exciting decks to showcase cards and card interactions.

Nuvem is not an ID I've experimented much with. I went with lots of operations and expendable cards to trigger the ID. My only game so far went well, but I think the list needs more iteration.
