Just another boring HBFA list. Modelled after Strundle's Omaha regional winning list with a few minor tweaks - swapped Markus 1.0 and Excalibur out for Wall of Static because I like having cheap ETR to get set up early on, and traded 1 Archived Memories for a Cyberdex Virus Suite to give me some game against #slottheclot.
Turing was a stone cold killer all day - very effective at protecting early game sexbots, and taxing enough to discourage runners from diligently checking every never-advanced card I threw in the remote.
I took one loss with this deck in the first round of Swiss due to a play error - forgot NAPD was faceup in archives while the runner was at 5 AP... had a Jackson in hand and clicked for credits rather than install him.
Highlight of the tournament - snuck out a Chronos Project around turn 5 vs. a BigRig CT player whose heap consisted of a single copy of SMC. His deck then refused to provide another tutor or clot and I scored out a few turns later.
Runner deck was Spags' #slottheclot list. Lessons of the day - slot is worthless until it isn't. Slot it. Don't skip plascrete.

Crisium is for protection against central server multi access, or other effects like siphon, vamp, or wanton destruction. It also often provides a powerful economic swing when the runner runs your central and pays to trash crisium as part of their setup for one of the effects above. I didn't find it too hard to protect econ during the event - usually one ice (even unrezzed) is enough to disincentivize the runner from attacking an asset. I skipped Breaker Bay Grid mostly due to lack of deck slots - with 11 agendas, asset econ, lots of upgrades and fast advance tech, there's not a whole lot of room. The deck felt sufficiently rich in most games, so I'm not sure that bbg would be a useful addition |
what is crisium grid for? also, with the lack of ice do you have issues protecting economy? and a lot of lists have been running breaker bay grid. is that just overkill?
