This deck is totally unfair.
I placed 1st at Leisure Games London's first Winter GNK with this horrible, horrible deck. It's mostly pretty standard HB Glacier.
Here's a few of the unfair things this deck does.
I feel the need to elaborate on the last three points. Global Food Initiative is just ridiculous in this deck. Sure, the safe agenda thinning is ok, but that's just a distraction from the main power of GFI. The main advantage of GFI is the totally busted asymmetry it introduces into the game. The runner always has to steal 4 agendas. You almost always only need 3! I think one game of the five I played at the GNK I didn't find and score a GFI.
Trust me, it's ridiculous. Having the ability to score out a mere 3 agendas with no risk that the runner will be able to win with less than 4 is amazing. It just skews the game in your favour.
The Unorthodox
I know what you're thinking. Mandatory Upgrades? Really?
Well, yes, they are kind of throwbacks to to when this deck was a Waldemar list. They are amazing when you score them obviously, but they're probably less good with the inclusion of a 5/3. Not sure I scored one all day at the GNK, truth be told. Could definitely be cut for NAPDs, or just 2 more Project Vitruvius, for that matter. HB really needs some good 4/2s. Also with Turntable a thing now...

Love Mandatory Upgrades. And by love I mean hate. Playing against this deck is no fun. Except that it's great fun because it's a real challenge.
