This v2 comes out after 3 games, which went 2-1. (Although the two wins were semi-free - given I was playing a hard counter to the Corp's Harmony Medtech deck - if you're reading this - sorry mate) Having made considerations, here we go again...
+2 Inside Job
+2 Decoy
+2 Kati Jones
+2 Clone Chip
-2 The Supplier
-2 Early Bird
-1 Corroder
-1 Parasite
Why take out The Supplier? Well - after playing some games with it, I really just never felt in a position where playing it would advance my game more than either making runs or taking quick cash. I even had it in opening hands - and it just didn't feel right.
The extra Compromised Employee and Tri-maf Contact are just a small boon to Calling in Favors and economy generally. These obviously combo perfectly with The Supplier - but again, it just felt way more natural to simply play these out instead of playing a slower game
Now the addition of Kati Jones does slow down the game - but not really. The main thing Kati-bucks are used for is getting out Blackguard and late game dollars. Besides that, clicking Kati doesn't seem to work, and Tri-maf Contact seems to work a little better.
Use of Inside Job instead of Early Bird is mainly due to the way you can bust into a remote with it sometimes, especially with a Parasite + Datasucker surprise. Would have been able to take a game today if I had it, but of course, I didn't.
Calling in Favors gives me an average of 5-7 credits per play. It's pretty insane, and throws the Corp off in a giant way. (Money calculation wise)
Also on the note of having 42 cards - it's not a big deal. Seriously, it's not.
Underworld Contact - but I'd need a way to get 2 link. If I wasn't hell-bent on making Blackguard work I'd say The Toolbox - but I don't think it's going to happen
Data Dealer - it's a connection, and it would be hilarious against Jinteki Shi-Kyu and the like. Also Domestic Sleepers, and any other 1 point agenda I can afford to toss. Not unique either, so I can install multiple as fuel for Calling in Favors.
A better icebreaker suite. I like the centrals, but it is prohibitive. I'm considering a non-central Decoder, because then very ICE can simply play keep out on a remote. Rototurret would still get destroyed - because of Parasite, and I'd probably have force-rezzed it already.
Something like Lemuria Codecracker or Satellite Uplink or anything that just...exposes. being able to get rid of corp-bucks without making 'the first HQ run' runs would be nice.
I'm nowhere near done tinkering with this deck, and will probably have a v3 out by the end of the week - after more playtesting.

Obviously one of the main strength of Silhouette: Stealth Operative is her 40 card decksize. However, when you work more on the expose part of her, I don't see anything particularly wrong with going between the 40-45.
Now that Tri-Maf is a main part of the economy, I could see you going down to 1 Kati since you have 3x Hostage to find her if you want her. Datadealer can be a huge card, and is less deadweight when playing Calling in Favors.
I'd work hard to get the third Special Order and another Fracter in there. With only 2x breakers and 2x Special Order you might get stuck without the right breaker for a couple of turns. Don't know if you've experienced this yet.
1x or 2x Infiltration might serve your needs for more expose. Early game they can give you a slight economic edge if you just need those extra dollars to play something or get into a server and you haven't got Tri-Maf or already used it. Late game, gives a free expose anywhere.
