MaxX Had a Little Laamb - Worlds 2018 20th Place

Fairly standard Patchwork MaxX deck, but I stole the idea of including Laamb from seeing Joshua Gregory's deck from Philly regionals. It helps quite a bit in the glacier matchup, as breaking a Surveyor or a Fairchild with Laamb/Paperclip is so much more efficient than the other bin breakers. Political Operative is included to deal with Navi Mumbai, but also nice for killing Rashida (especially when they rez it through a Hacktivist Meeting). I didn't include an Ice Carver because I hate how it nonbos with D4v1d.
