Run, Kenma, run! This was my first Honor and Profit build. I LOL'd IRL when my league-mate brought the Silhouette take on this to our league event, and then we both LOL'd when someone won Chicago Regionals with a clone of his build :). It's pretty strong, mostly because notoriety and QC are lateral / orthogonal threats. That said I'm not sure how it fares against a build that can lock down centrals.
