The goal is to cheese people out with a strange trap remote. You have Lockdown on the remote and La Costa Grid to play never advance with 4/2 agendas. If they don't break lockdown and lose the Psychic Field psi game, they die to Neural EMP guaranteed. Hyoubu Precog Manifold allows for scoring even if you don't have La Costa Grid. Just be a psi game god, and you'll still be able to tax out the runner if you have Tsurugi or something on the remote anyway. Generally speaking, nobody lets Lockdown fire, but at that point you have a 0 cost 5 strength code gate.

Notable achievements of this deck include winning 3 games in a row, and getting Stimhack self-flatlines. Amazing!
