Yes, I know Scheherazade doesnt work with with Cassia. That isnt the point. Exile has always had a ton of programs in him, for the recursion and car draw. Why not take advantage of this economic engine?
This is the same idea as Exile Decks from before, in that he has the tools he needs for the job at hand. Except in this case he uses Cassia
