The problem with mental health clinic in tennin is that you need to defend it once its rezzed, or give the runner an easy way to turn off your ability by making a successful run each turn.

I also think your ice numbers are a little low, especially since 3 of them are positional ice (chum and inazuma), and so you need other ice to turn them on. I'd play another 3-4 pieces of ice, or swap out some of potistional ice.
