Señor Taps still is a crutch!

I've been further refining my earlier deck idea. The Laguna-based draw engine was too expensive and got replaced by +3 Diesel +1 Sports Hopper and +1 Street Peddler. The only dead draws after the first Levy tend to be Scavenge, Stimhack, Feedback Filter (if not against Jinteki) and Self-modifying Code. Yet if Quality Time was still in the game I probably would include one or two to accelerate the first runthrough of the deck.
