The Circle of Startup (1st @ GLC Startup CO, 5-1)

This deck is definitely influenced from both bblum's The Circle of Life and YsengrinSC's YouTube videos, but it's quite different in practice from its Standard counterparts.

With the limited recursion in Startup, the Stavka/Hafrún combo has a bit more teeth, and trashing a single killer can slow the Runner down quite substantially, so this version of the deck plays a bit slower and leans a bit more into its rigshooter aspects.

Questionable deckbuilding choices:

• Kimberlite Field: Between multiple copies of Seamless Launch and Slash and Burn Agriculture, I was able to never-advance this agenda in every top cut match. You could run Oaktown Renovation instead, but I think it's noticeably worse. (A more reasonable swap might be for 1x Project Atlas and 1x Slash and Burn Agriculture.)
• Azef Protocol over Project Atlas: I have no regrets about running 3x Azef Protocol. In one of my top cut games, the 2 meat damage trashed a Unity and a Curupira, and in one of the finals games, fast-advancing it landed a flatline. And that's aside from the fact that it fires your ID ability to let you fetch a Tucana/Malapert Data Vault (or whatever else you might need).
• ZATO City Grid: It seems like this aligns with the goals of the deck, but in practice, I didn't fire this once. Bad luck? Who knows, but I'd feel okay cutting it.
• Whitespace: This is not a good piece of ice, but the deck kind of needs something in the 2-cost, non-trashable slot.
• Nanisivik Grid: My opponent in the finals was running Nanisivik Grid and it's definitely possible that this is a better splash than Manegarm Skunkworks. However, I haven't tested it and the ice suite would need to change to support it.
