Global Food Initiative seems a waste of influence. The ideal use of the card is to make a deck where the agenda suite forces the runner to steal 4 agendas. This usually means you include only 1 point of 2 point agendas along with the GFI as this counts as a 2 point agenda when the runner steals it. Since you are running Hollywood Renovation as well, the runner can win by stealing just 3 agendas. I suggest swapping the 3 GFI and replacing it with an in faction 5/3 which Weyland has many to choose from. Add an extra Trick of Light from the saved influence. |
Okay then, first things first, why the 47 cards? You really either want to go 49 to lower your agenda density (# of cards in deck/# of agenda points) or go minimum deck size to get combo pieces/rush. With that out of the way let's see a couple interesting choices.
Chimera is pretty wonky in Blue Sun: Powering the Future in that a lot of the time you will be dumping 2 credits out of your pool by using it which can make somebody bounce by not having the right breaker but that's really a pretty supermodern strategy and it doesn't look like your deck is tooled fully for that.
Will-o'-the-Wisp makes me think that you are trying to do a little bit of glacier here but Trick of Light is your fast advance tool for a deck that has no 3/2s (i.e. you can't fast advance with this without using both on an agenda that you have as a 1-of).
Breaker Bay Grid, what is this for? You have literally 1 card in your deck that this interacts with. I feel like you might have had the Eve Campaign or Adonis Campaign package with it at one point and then scrapped it and forgot to remove Breaker Bay or you have misread the card. It only works on cards IN the server, meaning that ICE protecting the server still retains its initial cost (so right now it only helps Will-o'-the-Wisp).
Changeling really prefers to not be in Blue Sun: Powering the Future just because advancing it, like using Chimera, is putting resources into something that you can't return with your ID.
Overall, I think you need to consider 2 things:
1 - Do I want to play glacier or do I want to play rush?
If the former, ditch the Changeling, Trick of Light, and Chimera for say Adonis Campaign, or some other staple Blue Sun: Powering the Future tricks. If the latter, ditch the 5/3s for Project Atlas or other quicker agendas and honestly, probably play another ID. Blue Sun: Powering the Future is strong, but if you are going for speed you often don't want to spend your time re-installing your defenses.
2 - Is the ICE worthwhile?
This is more for if you want to play a glacier Blue Sun: Powering the Future but really goes for Blue Sun: Powering the Future in general. You want to play cards that abuse your ID as much as possible like Caduceus or even Hive and steer away from cards that detract (the non-strength advance-able ICE). Note that a couple of these cards can be thrown in when you are comfortable as niche answers to problems you see in play-testing but you shouldn't have them in your deck to start really as they will often be dead cards if you have them as answers to problems you might not have.
