I'm wondering if you should remove the other 2 Easy Marks to add a third Mimic and a third Yog.0 to get the breakers online quicker. Might make him too strong against your pre-built Corps. We'll have to play and find out!
Doing all of the above, though, makes him pretty badass. You could dial him back by swapping his Déjà Vus for Aesop's Pawnshops. Noise wouldn't be able to recover the overflow from his Wyldside, but he could shut it off. Not very Anarch.
Maybe give him just 1 Déjà Vu, because the ability to dig as many as 6 Parasites out of his heap makes him really strong. Maybe you should leave Grimoire at 2x, just to slow Noise down.
Tough call when you're hoping for balanced games with pre-built decks.
Playing 3x Wyldside, with no Aesop's Pawnshop? That's some hardcore Anarch! I like it.
Noise wants a Grimoire installed ASAP, add a third, swap out an Easy Mark. The Cyberfeeders, Armitage Codebusting, and Datasuckers will cover most of the economy.

I would swap the Wyrm for a second Ice Carver.
