Great that you work on HM. Now with Global Food Initiative it's time may come. In building a deck I would argue that the new agenda makes Shi.Kyu dispensable.

The key for a successful deck is adjustment to the current meta. As asset spam decks are widespread now and the runners adjust I would recomment to cut the MHC for operation econ like Restructure. On upgrades I have to say that I miss Jinteki's best tricks. OMG! Add Caprice and Marcus Batty. This protects not only your scoring remote but also your HQ against Criminals. Also don't forget a Cyberdex.

Operations are ok but a Snatch and Grab would give you some possibilities. You dont like a Film Critic with your deck.

The largest potential for improvement I see in the ICE structure. At the moment you don't have an answer to Faust. Add Wraparound and Wall of Static (2 cards needed to break it). A WoS you may rezz after you were hit by a Siphon. The Bastion is to expensive. Also old style are Guard (everyone is playing Mimic and/or Faust). Play Cortex Lock to punish early runs on the centrals. For the scoring remote better play one Susan. What's about a Grim? It could have a synergy with Marcus Batty. Go for -1 Enigma and +2 Quandary. They are easy two rezz giving you an early scoring window in combo with a WoS or a Wraparound. One Mother Goddess is enough I would say.
