Test Run/Scavenge will allow you Torch instead of Gordian. Modded won't do a ton for you here. I'd go -1 Gordian -2 Modded -2 Eureka -1 Code Siphon -2 Kraken -1 Escher -1 Lady +1 Account Siphon +1 Torch +1 Test Run +2 Turning Wheel +1 Scavenge +1 Magnum +1 Indexing +1 Mad Dash. |

With Code Siphon and the Test Run + Scavenge combo, I'm surprised you didn't find the influence for a Femme Fatale or two.
Might be more fun than the MKUltra.
