[SU] Kill the Runner (4th Swiss @ GLC SU CO)

This deck was inspired by listening to the Retromancer podcast and hearing about asqwasqw's PE deck.

This is the first PE deck I have built and definitely a lot of mistakes in here to be honest.

I think the agenda suite is pretty guff and Send a Message helps the runner more than it helps me. I think something like False Lead would be a much better include.

I think the Ice suite is mostly good, but missing a Saisentan and I don't think I ever rezzed Tollbooth.

This deck still does PE things fairly well and the highlight of the tournament for me was a Turn 2 win after using Mitosis to put 2 agendas down on Turn 1 and having a Blood in the Water in hand to deal the final net damage required on Turn 2.
