Is it possible to install/play everything for free? Yes.
Is it good? Feels good!
Does it make a competitive deck? NOOOO!
April 2021 Update – So, with rotation making a bunch of what I have to call 'essential' cards no longer legal, I thought I'd do a bit of tweaking to make this legal again, though still largely unplayable in truth. The good news is the Tracker/Street Magic 'combo' is still about, though I had to lose 1 Street Magic to free up the influence to deal with the available Killers (losing Faerie hurts when you're trying to install everything for free). Best I've got is to bump it to 2 Ikas and drop in a couple of Carmens as back up, though this means there's a lot of stuff fighting for the three Credit Kiting spots now.
Events got a bit of an overhaul too. Sad to lose Drive By and Easy Mark, so now we'll have to rely on the incredibly unreliable Exclusive Parties for a bit of extra draw and econ.
Resource economy probably took the biggest hit by losing Armitage and Bank Job, so now it's switched over to Sec Testing and the new Smartware Distributor. Fancied some Telework Contract, but influence was really tight.
There's a possibility of changing the console, but I just like Maw. Other than that I dropped a Recon Drone in (because it's got to work sometimes right?!) and a Lucky Charm as luke-warm tech against Anoetic Void and Manegarm Skunkworks.
There we have it then. Off to lose more games!
Original Description – Credit Kite out the Amina, Maw and Makler. At a pinch you might have to Simulchip out one of them, but that's completely against the spirit of the deck. Faeries and Ika are a decent Sentry solution anyway, so no problems there (and in truth clutch Faerie recursion is what you should be using the Simulchip for).
Everything else is basically a quest for stuff you can install or play for free either straight up or using the Az discount, so Blueberry!™ Diesel, Build Script and Easy Mark get dusted off. Armitage, Bank Job and PolOp do some work.
Jank award goes to the Tracker/Street Magic combo if you don't mind tanking the painful subroutines. Just reverse the order of firing and prevent the ETR. Horribly inefficient and basically never works, but you can install them both for free! Happy days.
Tell you what though. Losing PAD Tap hurt a lot!
