I took this to a recent store championships and did terribly. Some of that was bad luck (like having the runner single-access the only (winning) agenda in a 16-card R&D) but there are definitely some improvements to be made here.
So the basic plan should be obvious: OTG on your scoring server, and make running HQ as obnoxious as possible: Crisium Grid on HQ, Caprice in HQ, ELP on the table and maybe have them hit Excalibur just before they go to hit remotes.
A note on timing: Rez OTG after they make the first run to unlock remotes. Then they have to successfully run HQ to hit a remote (with ELP that's 3/4 of their turn already). Rez Caprice when they approach the final ICE on HQ, and rez Crisium after they beat the psi game and commit to accessing. If you have Excalibur on HQ, rez it on the run they're making to trash OTG so they waste as much time and as many credits as possible.
