[startup] Angry NEH

This NEH deck tries to give a new meaning to "yellow tree".

The idea is that there is strong synergy between:

• Bladderwort
• Hostile Architecture
• Reaper Function

and the NEH identity rewards you for spamming out these angry assets, while giving you enough influence to play many copies of them.

Toss Vera Ivanovna Shuyskaya on the board as well, and now you are like PE.

However, thanks to NEH draw you have a much healthier economy than PE.

The deck definitely plays like grinder a bit, and takes advantage of casual net damage whenever. But you definitely have the ability to set up kills. Maybe a little easier if you do 2x Bladderwort and 3x Reaper Function, but usually Reaper Function and Bladderwort work together to get the kill.

The fun of piloting the deck is trying to make sure that you have money to rez ice, but if they don't run your ice, try to make sure you have assets to rez to bring you down into Bladderwort range just before your turn starts and harrass the runner.

Use License Acquisition to recur your SanSan City Grid, Hostile Architecture, Bladderwort or Reaper Function.

Because we want to pack as much runner hate as we can, we went for as few agendas as possible and end up with 3x Send a Message. I find that I sometimes like to just IAA this behind an unrezed Tollbooth and sometimes give it away in order to get Tollbooth rezzed earlier. Tollbooth is much better now that Chisel and Devil Charm have rotated.

There is one Shipment from Vladisibirsk in order to punish them if they don't clear tags from Unsmiling Tsarevna.

I am not entirely sure if I like 3x Bladderwort and 2x Reaper Function better or 3x Reaper Function and 2x Bladderwort better, still experimenting in that regard.

In the lines where you score out, it works out a lot easier if you manage to score Send a Message at least once. Sometimes you can find a line by IA'ing a Chekist Scion over SanSan City Grid. If they burn a lot of resources running through Tollbooth and Ping and hit that, you may be able to use Shipment from Vladisibirsk to score Send a Message.
