This is a deck is a work in progress. I'm a regular Adam player and enjoy trying to stretch and try new things in order to see Adam beat the odds.
This is a tweaked build from my game in the week against a Glacier HB deck in which it won against but it was very close. The previous build had -1 to each GS icebreakers, +1 Overmind, +2 Security Testing, -1 Guru Davinder, -1 Special Order, +1 Scrubber.
I was able to get a crazy amount of econ + drip econ but my Icebreakers were sat right at the bottom of the deck. So this new built seeks to bring the balance. I'll also explain my choices...
Let's tackle econ first:
Dirty Laundry is a beautiful card to team up with Always Be Running - just make sure the server you run is one that you'll succeed in, (never use it on a server with Howard Jackson in!)
Data Folding teams up nicely with Brain Chip.
Symmetrical Visage is there for the odd time you need to click for a card, you may as well gain a cred for it.
Underworld Contact is in because Sports Hopper gives you the link you need - but why include Sports Hopper?
Defensive measures:
Sports Hopper allows you to draw +3 cards as its additional ability when you need them ie: after SEA source tags you, to help survive a Scorched Earth, or if you know Jinteki has something nasty planned...
Employee Strike I've include because it generally helps to negate the Corp's ability and buys Adam time.
New Angeles City Hall, being tagged is bad for Adam. So this is there to assist in helping keep those resources around for longer. Of course you want to steal agendas and that is the priority but again your giving yourself time until you find one, and your drip econ soon builds up so paying 2 creds is fine.
Guru Davinder, a card I am yet to try - again this is to help against large net/meat dmg, Snare! & Scorched Earth. but even if it helps you negate 1 net damage - that could make all the difference (in theory!)
Political Operative to get rid of something that poses a threat - either against you (corporate town) or a driving engine in your opponents deck (Jackson Howard)
Salsette Slums - Let what Adam trashes, be a permanent trash (i was usually trashing 1 card each turn and it works with Political Operative as you are paying the trash cost.
Public Sympathy is to help get you out of Snare & Scorched Earth range early game - because it's a serious concern for Adam.
ICE Breakers:
I've gone for the GS suite because it breaks multi sub-rountines with ease, and using Adam's Multithreader cards makes use them even easier...and if you haven't notice yet. When you have 2+ link, these Icebreakers are zero memory cost resulting in maximising Overmind and still allowing you creds from Data Folding especially when Brain Chip is active with stolen agendas.
Other:
Gang Sign is in there for an easy access to HQ and combining with Neutralize All Threats, sometimes as you are waiting to build up your breakers - a fast advance occurs and Gang Sign access can have you score a cheeky agenda from hand, which only goes on to help Brain Chip when it comes to the field.
Scrubber is included to help take pressure off your credit pool when Neutralize All Threats kicks off.
In the game i had against HB, I was getting 5 credits a turn, each time my turn began (and that was before I made a Security testing run) - this allowed me to accumulate all the credits i needed to power up my icebreakers and have extra for any trashes and following turns.
I decided to swap out Security testing for 3x GS breakers, to balance out the need for icebreakers and lessen the amount of Econ (it was good! very good, but a bit too much). Special Order is to help find an Icebreaker quickly and put it to good use on top of Adam's natural sub-routine breaker in Always Be Running
Thanks for reading, I just wanted to post to encourage the Adam-Running community :)

Salsette Slums doesn't work with Political Operative: the former says that it has be an accessed card that you are paying the trash cost for; when you use PlOp, you are not accessing the card that you are trashing.
