My take on the not-so-popular birdie, with which i managed to win a small local tournament (vs 2 blue sun and 2 neh).
Some notes:
The biggest problem I had with previous iterations of this deck was drawing, that's why I have 3 Inject (which is huge for this deck and for anarchs in general, since you don't mind if your programs are in the heap thanks to Retrieval Run and Déjà Vu), John Masanori and Earthrise Hotel (only 1-of, because you'll usually end up tagged if you use Account Siphon a lot or fail a run with John Masanori).
You're going to win with Account Siphon, The Maker's Eye and Medium runs. You might want to spare your Overmind or D4v1d tokens for these kind of run, and avoid random runs on central servers (unless, of course, you know that you're going to find an agenda or you want to make the corp rez an ICE in order to Parasite it). If you manage to siphon a couple of times (probably with Same Old Thing), and Parasite-trash a piece of ICE or two, probably the corp is going to have an hard time protecting his servers and scoring agendas, so make sure to press hard with Medium or The Maker's Eye before it can recover.
I tried with more than one e3 Feedback Implants, but I quickly found out that it's really useful only against bioroids or the good ol' Eli 1.0 (which once per turn you can break anyway with a single click). Sure, it allows you to make a better use of your Overmind and D4v1d tokens, but since you can recur them with Retrieval Run (and eventually with Levy AR Lab Access) it's not a big deal if you consume them early (and hopefully sooner or later you'll find your e3 Feedback Implants).
Plascrete Carapace and Levy AR Lab Access are pretty much meta-dependent: after o&c I'll swap Plascrete Carapace with Steelskin, while Levy AR Lab Access is there for jinteki and longer matchups.
Economy depends heavily on Account Siphon (recurred with Same Old Thing or Déjà Vu): Liberated Account and Kati Jones are basically there only to give you a burst of credits if you can't find Sure Gamble to install your stuff (the rig is pretty cheap to set up, and most of the time you will be able to pass ice for free thanks to Quetzal: Free Spirit ability, Datasucker + Overmind and D4v1d).
Mimic is basically there just for Swordsman and Architect (which is going to be annoying as hell anyway), and with a few datasucker tokens it's your cheapest way to deal with Archers (unless you can parasite them, of course).

Actually you don't need much money for breaking ice: d4v1d is 3c to install and free to use (although you won't be able to use it everytime, of course), overmind is also cheap expecially if you have a charged datasucker, and quetzal ability also helps a lot. With them you usually should always be able to land a siphon early game in order to get money for the rest of the rig (medium, liberated accounts etc). Of course this is a deck that tries to win early, eventually it will run out programs to break stuff with, and at that point it doesn't matter if you have money or not (late game is probably its greatest weakness) |
Similar to my birdie, except I pack legworks and clone chips for Para and Knight recursion. I stopped playing the deck right before Earthrise Hotel, a card that I felt was needed for her to keep up with the corp.
How is the economy working out for you? You seem a bit light on it. Cheers!
