Most runners will expect Harmony Medtech to run 3 point agendas, so this is an attempt to make a onesies (1.1.1.1) deck using only 2 point agendas. While 3 point Medtech uses Mushin No Shin to play the shell game, this deck instead puts everything on the table unadvanced. In onesies some players include Infiltration, so I rather play Psychic Field than Cerebral Overwriter or Project Junebug.
You really need agendas that you can score without advancing them the previous turn. This makes Braintrust our 1 card and it is really a must-have. Medical Breakthrough and Philotic Entanglement are the obvious inclusions from Honor and Profit. Nisei MK II is not an agenda you actually want to score, so if you can reshuffle it back into R&D with Jackson Howard, that may be a good choice.
Shi.Kyū is there to ensure the runner needs more agendas than you do. I usually install it first in a server and then over-install it if the runner leaves it on the table. Although if you have a couple of them in your hand, dropping one in Archives directly isn't so bad either.
Snare! can be either kept in HQ or played, but there's usually no reason to keep assets or agendas in hand. Just dump everything on the table. Let them guess. Shipment from MirrorMorph can help with this, although the card can easily be replaced by something more useful.
If you use Celebrity Gift, make sure you either have enough Snare!s in hand, or nothing interesting to show. Archived Memories and Neural EMP are there to ensure you can kill the runner if they have only 1 card left.
Data Mine costs the runner a card or requires them to get some kind of AI breaker. Chum before Data Mine can really hurt if the runner decides to let Chum fire. Putting it behind Komainu is also an option. If the runner wants to pay to break Data Mine, then that's fine, too. Susanoo-no-Mikoto is expensive, but at the same time it's a very good ice to put on a remote to put agendas behind, as it's usually horribly expensive to break in onesies. Femme Fatale is its weakness, though.
Suggestions after playing it: I would drop the Shipment from MirrorMorph. I don't think I ever used it. A Beanstalk Royalties is probably better. Celebrity Gift is also not that great, since the only agenda protection in hand is a Snare! and/or Shi.Kyū. Maybe drop one Jackson Howard for a Biotic Labor, and/or switch the Tollbooth for something else.
