CyberFeeder super rig

Disclaimer

This is literally the first deck I built myself. I've probably got a bunch of proportions all wrong and trying to stuff way too many 'tricky' bits into one deck. Don't use this. If you do, leave me some feedback as to how it went ;)

Setup

Ideas

If you get Self-modifying Code on your first turn and no Magnum Opus, you can do a "1.5 turn SMC" or 2 turn if you're wary. Works like this: play SMC first click, 2x clickCredit, make a run. After Corp discard, use SMC to get MO out and install it. Then go 4x clickCredit for 8.

Yep - considering this is your first deck, I don't think anyone here can really complain - all the pieces seem to fit together and all, and you've got some decent cards in there as well! Might as well make some suggestions, based on my own Shaper experiences:

  • For more economy, considering your heavy link, Underworld Contact would be absolutely huge for you. You can probably pull it off as well.
  • Less or no Omni-Drives. Whilst it's pretty good for keeping your memory down, it doesn't really do you all that much justice in this deck, because you're very rarely going to have MU troubles with The Toolbox out. Maybe just 2 or 1 of? Alternatively, use Dyson Mem Chip for both memory and link - considering you're going down that road, and you can toss the Borrowed Satellite or Rabbit Hole altogether.
  • A Gordian Blade for sure. Whilst the Cyber-Cypher is great for punching one server, you don't have any multi access (See R&D Interface, HQ Interface, The Maker's Eye, etc.) besides Medium, which is 'eh' at best. (Countered by making RnD really expensive to break, or just clearing virus counters once your counters get too high) You also can't easily recur it with Scavenge to change what server you're hitting. So I'd recommend either using the 'blade or grabbing Scavenge. (Also, Scavenge can be used to change Atman strength - which can be handy!)
  • If you can free um some influence, I've had some really good experiences with Stimhack - especially if you're using Borrowed Satellite, it works a treat for getting large sums of dollars quickly.

Whoops - also forgot to suggest Leprechaun as a possible card if you're having MU troubles - also cheaper!

You actually have a lot of great components that i secretly love. I think you could go underworld contacts with supplier, keep the satellites and add helpful ai. Hostage gets you UWC and helpful ai, and any others you want. Supplier brings it in for less. Zu saves you mu, and installs for free....but Gordian might be better. Omnidrive is great, but grows much better with modded and supplier. Hopefully you can pick up that pack.

Not bad at all.

Thanks for the comments! I currently only own 1Core+C&C so that limits my options a little bit, but I'll playtest this tonight a couple of times and see how your advice fits into my experiences.

After some thought, I'm especially thinking the lack of good multi-access might be a problem. Some of the people I play against just love to go NBN FA, so my main weapon against that would be early Siphons and hoping I can prevent them from getting their first Astro out too quickly. Having the option to raid HQ effectively would be really nice, especially if I manage to delay them a bit.
