Dorm Computer is in there solely to combat the rather irritating NBN Meta that has been plaguing my LGS lately. If I don't need them or if I'm not up against NBN I just feed them to Apex facedown. Apex also doesnt need a whole lot of draw power, between the Quality Times and Levy AR Lab Access he draws all he needs. Not to mention I would be taking out both copies of Dorm Computer for a single copy of any of those suggestions and that means having to find more filler, which just means more copies of Infiltration.

Dorm Computer is amazing in Apex, and I'm glad to see someone else running it.

That it shuts down so much NBN nonsense is awesome, but it also has secondary uses; Worried you might hit a Snare!? Dorm token + Heartbeat completely shuts it down. Ichi 2.0 and Ichi 1.0 effectively lose a .

And it does not self-trash, so when it's empty, you can still feed it to Endless Hunger or Heartbeat.

The more I play with Dorm Computer, the better the card gets. TGTBT is a free point, Data Ravens in front of a Quantum Predictive Model no longer have me worried. It also means that in order to tag me the corp either has to score a Breaking News, or play a SEA Source or Midseason Replacements, then anything the corp could punish me with doesnt really bother Apex thanks to Heartbeat

Another thing Dorm Computer is good at is shutting down Enhanced Login Protocol. Coupled with Prey and Dirty Laundry of course.
