Keep a Mandatory Upgrades alive for 3 rounds. Then you can fast advance everything else. Chimera, Mother Goddess, and Wraparound are probably what you'll want to use for your remote. Make them go look for an AI or Barrier breaker.

You can use domestic sleepers to to get rid of the source.
