Three years ago I came up with an 8 card combo to mill 3 cards off R&D every turn. (9 cards if you needed a Snitch.) Now it's a 3 card combo. And one of them is a tutorable AI breaker.
The main line is to get these three cards on the board: God of War + Data Leak Reversal + Crash Space
And Aaron Marrón can often replace the Crash Space in addition to letting you mill 1 more card. The draw is also hugely useful, because there is good stuff in the deck beyond the combo cards.
This is a single-minded deck, but be warned: you still have to make thoughtful plays. If you only ever get the 3 main cards for the combo, you might not be able to mill out some of the faster Corp decks. And the games where you do get unlucky and the DLRs are deep in your stack, you need to know your plan to stall until you find one.
Fisk Investment Seminar has pretty obvious value in a combo deck that wants to set up and mill the Corp, but it notably also can kill Corps with Marilyn Campaigns or other ways to refill R&D.
Tapwrm, conveniently, has the same install requirement as DLR. It can give you plenty of money, if you happen to find it early enough. (I've happily spent around 20 credits to get an agenda out of a remote.) And any turn the Corp spends purging is a turn they're not hurrying up and scoring.
The Source (with Fall Guy) forces the Corp to make a remote, even if they're on fast advance. Which is particularly relevant, because we're still running...
Inside Job. If the Corp thinks they can skimp on setup time and just single ice their remote or archives. (Of course, there's also a breaker, if needed.)
The Black File can buy you extra time, if you need it.
Why not Citadel Sanctuary?
A deck with Citadel Sanctuary might be better, but I wanted to test if a simpler, faster, but sometimes poorer combo would perform well enough. And it seems to have succeeded.
The idea of this deck is to set up as quickly as possible and run as little as possible. (The Corp has a lot fewer ways to interact if you don't run.) So we don't spend time getting a money advantage or putting down Power Taps. If you have any counters on Aaron Marrón, you can mill for 4 clicks anyway.
