Almost no ice, the idea behind the deck is to encourage runner to jump on core servers and grind them as much as possible with core DMG and other traps. Mwanza ensures you have the money to run all traps and you can then utilize the money on Big Deal.
You can either kill the runner with a thousand cuts to their core or win using Big Deal and Ontological Dependence - depending on how the game unfolds.
