One recommendation is to drop the Helium-3 Deposit, since your only target would be Data Raven, which usually only needs one power counter to be effective with Scorched Earth. I think a better include considering your limited data packs would be Private Security Force. That way, with a data raven counter, scorch in hand, psf scored, you will flatline the runner even if they have a full hand of 5 cards.

@MrAaronSA Thanks, I was thinking of adding PSF last night, but you convinced me to add it instead of the Helium-3 Deposit.
