First place list from Tulsa regionals. @BlueHg did a much better write up on the merits of 3x breakers vs. Clan Vengeance and FtT Val generally than I would do, so I'm just going to link his write up here. Only other comment I have is cut the SoT. I was worried about damaging out Divide & Conquer with Zer0, but just playing two D&C is almost certainly better.
