Surveyor Mti

An alternate name for this list would be Mti v27. Went through many iterations and tweaks in the run up looking for something solid against most matchups. Was actually pretty pleased with the result. It's only weakness was to Pirate Hayley, who doesn't care about how strong your ice is or how many subroutines they have, and my own inability to differentiate between Rashida and NGO, earning me a game loss.

Always be running, but never be advancing Rashidas.
