Crowdfunding is stupidly overpowered. I feel like this is the best run-based criminal deck in awhile. I'm winning 90 percent of j-net matches.

If you wanted to tweak it, Pad Tap would be the first to go. Early money flow can sometimes be awkward though in some games and any cheap way to get money or deny corp money helps. I've been playing with a second copy of falsified to good effect. Leela hates running early but sometimes needs to and spotting bait AND being a great econ card has made it an easy swap.
